By using www.masqtech.com or availing our services you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional service-specific agreements.
2. Services
MASQ TECH provides internet connectivity, managed IT, cloud and cybersecurity services subject to feasibility, SLA and applicable service order forms.
3. Billing & Payment
Invoices are payable per the payment terms mentioned in the service order. Late payment may attract interest and service suspension.
4. Acceptable Use
Customers must not use our services for illegal, harmful, spam, malicious or infringing activities. Violations may lead to termination.
5. SLA
Uptime and support SLAs are defined per service and product. Service credits may apply per the SLA terms in the service order.
6. Limitation of Liability
MASQ TECH’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding three (3) months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
